Rigid rolling tool with cylindrical roller is used to make rolling hole. As plastic deformation is formed on metal surface, small surface roughness can be corrected and reduced. Surface heat treatment and fine finishing of part can be replaced. Small adjustment is allowed with safe and reliable properties.
